Farm Holidays in South Tyrol
Meet Our Farm Animals – Fun for the Whole Family
At Organic Farm Hausergut we combine organic dairy farming with traditional apple growing in the heart of South Tyrol. Surrounded by nature in the beautiful Val Venosta (Vinschgau), our family farm has been a proud member of Bioland for many years and has welcomed guests since 1980. Completely renovated in 2018, Hausergut offers modern comfort while preserving the authentic atmosphere of a working organic farm. Sustainability is an important part of everyday life, and we rely on renewable energy and environmentally friendly farming methods.

Available in our breakfast basket or directly on the farm (for an additional charge), they include fresh milk, homemade yoghurt, eggs from our free-range hens, alpine cheese, honey, apple juice, homemade vinegar and seasonal fruit preserves. Guests are also welcome to pick fresh herbs from our garden.
