Stay at the Organic Farm Residence Hausergut
Our holiday apartments, furnished almost identically, are located on our organic farm in South Tyrol and all enjoy a wonderful view of the Ortler as well as to the south. The spacious balcony invites you to relax in the sunshine while taking in the stunning mountain scenery surrounding Sluderno.
In our approximately 39 m² apartments, featuring a living area with kitchen or a separate kitchen area, two of which are built in timber construction, you can enjoy a well-deserved holiday on our organic farm. Perfect for relaxing holidays as a couple, with family or friends, they comfortably accommodate 2 to 7 guests.
The flats are equipped with:
Bedding, towels and dish cloths; the kitchen is provided with soap, washing-up liquid, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.
Both buildings have a modern vacuum cleaner system. On request, we also offer a washing machine (washing machine and dryer) and ironing facilities. We can also provide you with a cot or a high chair. In addition, you will find a parking space for your car and bicycles in the Hausergut.
Take advantage of our complimentary bread delivery service or treat yourselves to a lovingly prepared breakfast basket featuring our own farm products, available for an additional charge.

The holiday apartments are approximately 39 m² - 55 m² in size and are almost identically furnished.
How many people can the holiday apartments accommodate?
Are there holiday apartments with separate living and sleeping areas?
Yes, all holiday apartments feature a kitchen-living area with a separate bedroom. The Golden apartment and Gala 2 each offer two separate bedrooms.
How are the holiday apartments equipped?
All holiday apartments are modern and comfortably equipped and feature a kitchen-living area with a partly extendable sofa, a balcony with a view of the Ortler, a bathroom with shower, underfloor heating and hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, a safe, and satellite TV, as well as bed linen and towels. The Golden apartment is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace.
Are the kitchens fully equipped?
Yes, all holiday apartments feature fully equipped kitchen areas with a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (filter and moka pot), kettle, toaster (on request), as well as crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishwashing liquid, and tea towels. In addition, you will find salt, pepper, organic apple vinegar, and oil in the apartments

Yes, we offer our guests staying in the holiday apartments a free bread roll service, delivering fresh bread daily as well as our farm’s organic products for a healthy and regional breakfast directly to your apartment door.
