Upon your arrival, you will receive the Reschensee Guest Pass free of charge, allowing you to enjoy the following benefits:

• Free use of the Vinschgau Valley Railway (Vinschger Bahn) and all other public transportation throughout South Tyrol
• Discounts on cable cars, museums and leisure facilities throughout the region

• The listed prices are per apartment and night for 2 guests, excluding the local tourist tax, based on a stay of 7 nights.
• Each additional guest is charged from €15.00 per night.
• Bookings at Residence Hausergut are possible with a minimum stay of 4 nights in the low season and 7 nights in the high season. Shorter stays are available only upon request and confirmation.
• A final cleaning fee of €40.00 to €60.00 will be charged for the apartments.

For children staying in the apartment with two adults, the following rates apply:

• Under 2 years: free of charge
• From 2 to 5.99 years: €12.00 per day
• From 6 to 14.99 years: €15.00 per day

Dogs and other pets are not permitted, as our organic farm is home to a variety of animals. Thank you for your understanding.

The local tourist tax introduced in South Tyrol on 1 January 2014 is charged per guest and overnight stay. The amount depends on the accommodation category. At our property, the tax ranges from €3.30 to €3.80 per person per night. Children under 14 years of age are exempt. The tourist tax is payable upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.

Your booking becomes valid once the required deposit has been transferred to our bank account. Further information can be found in your individual holiday offer. The rental agreement enters into force once the agreed deposit has been paid as confirmation of the booking.

According to Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation (excluding the deposit already paid)
• From 3 months to 6 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
• From 6 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount
• Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount

The deposit paid is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the full booking amount will be charged. Please inform us as early as possible if you are unable to travel.
